For over 15 years, I’ve worked with patients managing chronic conditions, navigating medications, and searching for answers. My mission is simple: translate complex research into practical, unbiased advice about medications, supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle—so you feel supported, not overwhelmed.

Safe, effective, and tailored to your unique needs.
Practical, real-food strategies to meet your macronutrient goals.
Personalized guidance designed for your health journey.

At Functional Pharmacy, we see your health like a living tree — ever-changing, resilient, and deeply rooted. The symptoms you feel are like leaves and branches reaching for balance, but true healing starts below the surface. Just as gardeners nourish the roots, we focus on the foundations: sleep, nutrition, stress, movement, and mindset — the factors that allow your whole system to thrive.
We combine evidence-based strategies with the social and emotional support you need to make lasting changes.
The result?
Greater confidence, sustainable health, and more joy in everyday life.

Visit the Evidence tab for clear, easy-to-understand explanations of the research behind medications, supplements, and lifestyle therapies—so you can see what truly works for Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and more. All information is drawn directly from peer-reviewed journals, outlining both the benefits and the risks of conventional and holistic treatments. These studies show where therapies can help and where they may fall short. My role is to help you interpret that evidence, weigh what matters most for your unique situation, and make informed confident, informed choices that support your brain health.

A credential for pharmacists who provide integrated, accessible healthcare services for both acute illness and chronic conditions, and develop sustained partnerships with patients and other healthcare providers in the context of family and community.
Accreditation ensures that the practitioner understands the complex systems behind cognitive decline, and knows how to apply personalized protocols based on each client’s unique genetic, biochemical, and lifestyle factors.
Certification signifies that a healthcare professional has demonstrated competency in administering, scoring, and interpreting the MoCA test results, which are used to detect early signs of cognitive impairment.

I went to college to become a medication expert, and for years, that was my world. I believed medications were the most powerful solutions to people’s health problems. Nutrition and fitness mattered, of course—but I assumed those areas were best left to dietitians and physical therapists.
Over time, though, I got a wake-up call. I saw patients taking the best medications, yet many were still struggling—or worse, facing serious complications despite treatment. It became clear: medications often treat symptoms, not root causes, and they don’t always prevent illness.
That realization led me to explore functional medicine. I trained with world-class experts to learn how to combine conventional medicine with nutrition, lifestyle, and holistic strategies to truly optimize health.
I still have deep respect for traditional pharmacy—medications save lives—but I’ve seen firsthand how functional medicine can transform quality of life, prevent disease, and help people thrive. That’s why my mission is to bring you the best of both worlds: clear, practical guidance that combines science, compassion, and real-world results.
