Using your ReCODE or PreCODE Report as a guide, we'll review your recommendations, relevant biomarkers, cognitive tracking, and goals to identify what matters most to you and where you'd like to begin.

During the Learning Circle, you'll learn alongside others on a similar journey—with time to reflect, troubleshoot challenges, share ideas, and discover practical ways to make your plan work.

As a Doctor of Pharmacy, I can help you better understand your medications and supplements, identify potential concerns or opportunities for optimization, and prepare questions to discuss with your healthcare team.

 

I do not prescribe medications or replace your prescribing provider. Medication and supplement review services are available to New York residents.

My services are typically self-pay and are not billed directly to insurance or Medicare.
