For those with APOE4 genetics whom have 50% chance of developing Alzheimer's, the nutrition plan and lifestyle changes based on the latest science taught in this course will help you reduce your risk and hopefully keep you in the 50% who never experience cognitive decline.
Anyone 35 and older without any cognition problems who wants to grow healthier by participating in 30 minute group meet-ups once a month. It is pefect for those who feel overwhelmed in the sandwich generation, taking take of their children and parents, or busy pursuing their careers, and would love to get back in shape and look and feel great.
